Our car negotiation service has streamlined the car negotiation process. No lengthy phone calls required. To find you the best car deal on your next new vehicle, typically, all we need is the information required in the Save with a Car Concierge Application. So, please take your time and provide us with as much information as possible when completing our application. If we need any additional information from you, we will connect via email.

Upon submission of your application, we release a car buying consultant to begin negotiating with car dealers on your behalf.

Your car buying advocate will keep you apprised of all new car deals as they are received, via email or text message.

We will email you a summary of all deals on new cars received, along with an invoice for the Bandit Commission, within one week of submission of the Save with a Car Concierge Application.

Before paying the Bandit Commission, you will select the best car deal you wish to accept.

Once the Bandit Commission has been paid, we will connect you with the dealership contact and confirm that the car offer is as promised.

If the dealership does not follow through with its car offer as promised, your auto consultant will either continue negotiations or present you with the next best car deal — whichever you prefer — at no additional charge.

Upon submission of your Save with a Car Concierge Application, we release a car buying broker to begin negotiating with car dealers on your behalf. Once these negotiations have commenced, any Bandit Extras fees are no longer refundable if services are canceled or if information was inaccurately provided in the Save with a Car Concierge Application.

Fully vetting dealerships to find you the absolute best car deal could take up to one week, although some client have their new car in their driveway within days, from filling out the Save with a Car Concierge Application. However, if you are in need of a vehicle within 24 hours or less, our car finder service can make that happen. Please keep in mind, if negotiations are rushed there may be a risk of not fully vetting all possible dealerships within that time and a loss in savings.

Under our Bandit Guarantees, if we do not find you the best car deal for your new vehicle, our fees are 100% refundable.

Any Bandit Extras fees would be nonrefundable only if 1) our new car buying service was able to find your vehicle of choice for a purchase or lease price below MSRP, and you do not follow through with the transaction by paying the Bandit Commission within 3 days of receiving the Summary of Car Offers email from a car advisor; 2) your new car broker commenced car negotiations based on information that was provided inaccurately in the Save with a Car Concierge Application; or 3) you wish to cancel our car concierge services after submission of the Save with a Car Concierge Application.

Please note that negotiations are deemed commenced upon submission of the Save with a Car Concierge Application.

With our Save with a Car Concierge Guarantee, our car buying company guarantees to negotiate your vehicle’s purchase or lease price below MSRP, or your money back.

With our Best Price Guarantee, if you are not happy with the new car deals we negotiate for you, we invite you to take our offer to any other comparable new car buying service. If they are able to beat any portion of the lowest offer our buying experts negotiated for your vehicle and our car-buying experts are not able to beat that lower offer, we will fully refund the fee associated with that particular service, upon valid and verifiable proof of such offer.

For example, if a competitor is able to beat our lowest purchase or lease price, we will fully refund the Bandit Commission for that service. If a competitor is only able to beat our lowest warranty value, we will fully refund the fee associated with that Bandit Extra ($100 in this instance).

Under our Beat Your Offer Guarantee, our automotive consultants will beat any offer you bring to us, or you owe us nothing. If our auto consultants beat your offer, we both share in the savings 70%/30%, with you receiving the greater percentage of the savings.

Our car brokers have been highly successful in car lease negotiation. When we do so, we leave no stone unturned. All terms of the lease are fully negotiated to get you the best car deal on your lease. These would include gross capitalized cost, interest rate, mileage allowance, buyout price, documentation and/or disposition fees, and/or destination and/or freight charge.

It is generally not advisable to trade in your vehicle earlier than the end of the lease term, as this typically results in additional costs and fees. Our goal is to make sure you get the best value on your lease so that you are financially set to lease your vehicle for the complete lease term to avoid any additional fees in the future.

Absolutely. We have options outside the dealership for getting Kelly Blue Book value for your trade-in without having to sell your vehicle privately. Our clients have had great success and received great value for their trade-ins using our car consultant’s recommendations. Most dealerships cannot come close to the value we get for our clients on their trade-ins.

If you still owe money on your trade-in, no problem! Our buying experts will negotiate your trade-in as we normally would, seeking the highest value. Any positive equity in your trade-in will reduce the purchase or lease price and tax owed on your new vehicle and any negative equity in your trade-in will increase the net amount owed on your purchase or lease.

No. Our car negotiation service has saved its clients money on new car purchases and leases for vehicles that are outside the dealership’s inventory. There are various ways this is possible. First, our car buying concierge has had repeated success negotiating special-order vehicles well below MSRP. The realized savings averages the same as if the vehicle was sitting in the dealership’s inventory. The only difference is that you will have to wait (typically 6-8 weeks) for your new vehicle versus having it delivered or picking it up the same day.

Second, if a dealership does not have a car in stock, they may offer to locate the vehicle from other new car dealers. In our experience, this has not impacted the ability to get the best car deal for our clients and most of the time works in our favor.

In most cases, you will not have to visit a dealership. Your new vehicle and the paperwork will be delivered to your home or office for you to sign and drive.

Our goal is to have every vehicle delivered to our clients. There are the rare occasions where a dealership refuses to deliver a vehicle. In those instances, the paperwork will be signed and the vehicle picked up from the dealership. In this case, your auto consultant will be available by email, phone, or text should any questions arise while you are at the dealership.
